What we do

We can educate your community about what brownfields are, where you can go for assistance, and how the redevelopment of brownfields can improve the local economy.

The Colorado Brownfields Partnership (CBP) is a collaboration between Community Builders, a project of the Sonoran Institute, and the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE). The CBP provides outreach and technical assistance to communities interested in redevelopment, renovation, and adaptive reuse of property. The CBP’s workshops and webinars educate Colorado communities about the CDPHE’s Brownfields Program and connect these communities with available funding for brownfields assistance, cleanup and redevelopment.
